1. Order Processing
• We process orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We offer the following options for deliveries within the United States:
• Standard Shipping (via USPS or UPS): 3–6 business days once shipped.
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Please note that selecting expedited at checkout helps us prioritize your order but pricing may vary based on weight and destination.


Note: These are estimated delivery times; unexpected delays due to factors like weather or carrier disruptions may occur.


3. Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 per order.
• Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $12.99, subject to adjustment based on specific order dimensions or destination.


4. Free Shipping


Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $50 or more before tax and discounts.


5. International Shipping
• Currently, we do not ship internationally.
• We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest. If this changes in the future, we’ll update our policy accordingly.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• For domestic orders, no additional customs fees apply.
• For our international customers (should we begin shipping overseas), customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dolcasugar.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Provide your order number, details of the issue, and, if available, photos of any damage.
• We’ll promptly investigate and offer a resolution—such as a replacement shipment or refund, as necessary.


8. How to Track Your Order
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
• If you don’t receive a tracking update within 72 hours, feel free to reach out to support@dolcasugar.com for assistance.


9. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship only within the continental U.S. (48 states).
• We do not offer deliveries to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations requiring specialized handling (e.g., freight-only commercial addresses). Orders to such addresses may be canceled, and refunded accordingly.
